Our primary focus is Lead Based Paint (LBP), Mold, Radon, and Clandestine Meth (methamphetamine) Lab inspections on residential, commercial and government properties in Colorado and the surrounding states. Black Bear Inspections, Inc. has dedicated itself to achieving accuracy, consistency and a thoroughness of testing that separates us from other firms. All of our inspectors are state-certified and we have completed more lead-based paint inspections on single-family homes than any other firm in Colorado.
